Free Advising

I love giving advices. They are free of cost. I am smart enough to convince the other person on my point. I give advices on issues and situations to my friends, juniors, peers, in fact to any1 who seeks my advisory shelter. They think i am wise and helpful.
The nature of my advice can be critical, rude, kind, punishing and judgemental. When i am advising rude, punishing or judgemental, I take pride thinking that, i have the guts to speak out the truth, the taboo.
Lately, i discovered that when i'm actually into a situation, i end up making the wrong choices. If it were some1 else, i would have given the right advice. So i realized that to 'err is human', so lets not be so critical while advising rather be kind. Now-a-days, when somebody discusses a situation, i try to empathise and then talk. I have adopted a rather pragmatic, kind and realistic approach towards free advising.
